CAFMWORLD, under the patronage of CAFM RING e.V. and gefma, is THE event covering the digitalization of the facility management and the real estate industries and aims to drive innovation and efficiency. It connects all relevant players in the property and construction industries and gives answers to taxonomy and ESG challenges – practical and cross-industry.

As a satellite event of BIM World MUNICH it provides companies with a platform to showcase their CAFM software and other digital solutions for the facility management and real estate industries in a dedicated exhibition area. Over two days, the CAFMWORLD Breakout Sessions and Congress stages feature a diverse program, offering visitors inspiring insights and innovative impulses.

CAFMWORLD will take place on Wednesday, 26 November – Thursday, 27 November 2025 at the

ICM – International Congress Center Messe München.

CAFMWORLD – part of BIM World MUNICH

Since 2016, the annual main event, BIM World MUNICH, is the international event for the digitalization of the construction, real estate and facility management industries.
